We had much to prepare for and celebrate here in the Belisle household.
From our daughter Yazi's graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp. She not only successfully completed the toughest boot camp of all the services, but she graduated with a promotion from Private to Private First Class!
Kaleb earned his first Jiu Jitsu belt promotion where he gets his first stripe on his white belt.
Mr. Emilio completes his 45th year around the sun! That's FOUR and a half decades!
And last but not least, our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY at Faithful Little Scholars!
We are beyond grateful for all the blessings we experienced in just these past two months!

Before we jumped into all things pumpkin, September was filled with sweet apple fun! The children made homemade applesauce, taste-tested different kinds of apples, and even experimented with volcano apples!
Most importantly, they learned that they are “the apple of God’s eye” (Psalm 17:8)—fearfully and wonderfully made, each one loved deeply by Him. ❤️
October was truly one to remember! From laughter-filled days to sensory play with homemade pumpkin play dough and slime, there was never a dull moment. The children strengthened their phonological awareness through games like Rolling Pumpkins and explored the wonders of God’s creation through our From Seed to Pumpkin lessons.
One of our favorite moments this month was reading “The Pumpkin Patch Parable” by Liz Curtis Higgs. This heartwarming story helped the children understand how God’s love shines through us—just as a glowing light shines through a carved pumpkin. It was a beautiful reminder that when we let God clean out our hearts and fill us with His light, we can shine brightly for Him! ✨

Our visit to Sweetfields Farm was such a highlight! It was a wonderful way to dive deeper into the Fall season and celebrate God’s harvest. A gigantic thank you to Mrs. Jordyn for capturing the day so beautifully and to our amazing families for helping make it possible.
Check out all the amazing pictures she captured that day!
Juliana’s gentle, caring heart and love for reading blesses our classroom each day. We are so proud of her and can't wait to see what another great year brings!

Chloe and Edan are now fully potty-trained! 🎉👏 We are so proud of each and every one of our Little Scholars and their wonderful milestones.
Our Second Annual Fall Festival was a huge success! Thank you to our wonderful parents for providing treats, and a special shoutout to Ms. Diane for joining us and helping with setup.
Our Little Scholars enjoyed every bit of the celebration—developing their fine and gross motor skills through play, crafts, and laughter.
Here at Faithful Little Scholars, we believe every playful activity is a learning experience, and every learning experience should be filled with play!

This month, we’re celebrating gratitude—for our families, our blessings, and our faith. Through stories like Clever Cub Gives Thanks to God and creative crafts that remind us to say “I am thankful for…,” children will learn that Thanksgiving is more than a holiday—it’s a heart posture. As we create, read, and share together, we’ll focus on recognizing God’s goodness in our lives and expressing thanks for the people who make our families and community so special.
We’re excited to host our annual Faithful Friendsgiving! Families are invited to donate a dish that represents their own family tradition or culture. Together, we’ll share a beautiful meal of gratitude, community, and love—celebrating the many ways God blesses our Faithful Little Scholars family.
We’re planning a special evening just for you! Stay tuned for more details on our Parent Appreciation Night, where we’ll take time to honor and celebrate the amazing families who make our program so special.
Please note the following closures in observance of the holidays:
• Monday, November 11th: Veterans Day
• Thursday, November 27th: Thanksgiving Day 🦃
• Friday, November 28th: Day After Thanksgiving 🍂
We look forward to another joyful month ahead—filled with gratitude, family, and faith.
